» How can I reserve a room? Top
Our reservation method is very simple. Chose the kind of service you need, select the arrival and departure date and the number of persons, then consults the offers that Excursion has found for you. After having selected the service you wish, you are sent to a “Safe reservation” form. You shall fill in the boxes with the information asked about the reservation and the client. Make sure that your name and your e-mail are written correctly. After having written all the information required, click on the “Send reservation” button. In case a communication is required before the reservation is confirmed, a Customer Service officer will reply within 24 hours.
» What will I receive after having filled in the on-line order? Top
Immediately after having filled in the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you i ndicated during the reservation procedure. The confirmation e-mail contains a voucher that shall be printed and given at the departure as evidence of the reservation.
» Until what time are you available for booking the service? Top
Our reservation service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
» How much time in advance shall I book? Top
Reservations can be done up to 48 hours before time of arrival. However, we suggest to book before.
» How much time before can I change or cancel my reservation? Top
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the performance of the service. For further information on cancellation policies consult our terms and conditions.
» How can I contact you in case my flight is late or for any other communication from the airport? Top
In the confirmation e-mail it is indicated the supplier’s telephone number. Furthermore, most of our suppliers always check the timetable of flights arrivals, there should not be any problem then. However, they will wait even though the expected arrival time is past.
» Se perdo il volo? Top
If you lose your flight, you shall contact the supplier at the number indicated on the confirmation and inform him. We can not guarantee that the transfer will be still available and they can consider it a no-show.
» Which payment methods do you accept? Top
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The payment will be debited in Euro basing on the conversion rates calculated on the reservation date.
